Return & Refund Policy — Lumifya Last updated: [21/07/2026] Thank you for shopping at Lumifya. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it differs for digital and physical products. 1. Digital Products (Coloring Books / PDF Downloads) Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads, as the file is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." Exception: If you receive a corrupted file, a broken download link, or the wrong file, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at mustafaqureahi786@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Please double-check product descriptions and preview images before purchasing. 2. Physical Products (Apparel / Made-to-Order Items) Our apparel items are made to order specifically for you once you place an order, so we are unable to accept returns for: Wrong size ordered by the customer (please check our size chart before ordering) Change of mind after the order has entered production Buyer's remorse We WILL replace or refund if: You receive a damaged or defective item You receive the wrong product (incorrect design, size, or item shipped) Your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window (subject to courier investigation) To report an issue: Email us at mustafaqureahi786@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference. 3. How Refunds Are Processed Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong/defective item). 4. Order Cancellations Digital orders cannot be cancelled once purchased/downloaded. Physical orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After this window, the order is locked in for production and cannot be cancelled. 5.
