Welcome to Lumifya (lumifya-2.myshopify.com). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Lumifya is operated from India. All prices on our store are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products
We sell two types of products:
Digital Products — printable coloring books and PDF downloads, delivered instantly after purchase. No physical item is shipped.
Physical Products — made-to-order apparel (e.g., kids' t-shirts), printed and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner (Printful). Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our supported payment gateways.
We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank for international transactions.
4. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Digital products are delivered via download link/email immediately after payment confirmation.
Physical products are shipped after the production period, with tracking information provided once dispatched.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs (for international orders), or other factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, images, logos, and product artwork — is the property of Lumifya or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., personal printing for your own use). You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
Copy, reproduce, or resell our digital products without permission
9. Limitation of Liability
Lumifya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services (such as Printful for print-on-demand fulfillment, and payment gateways) that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
